How to make a reservation

To make a reservation, please use our website’s booking Platform. You can select your preferred dates and securely guarantee the reservation by providing a valid credit card.

Settle my payment

For settling payments, you can make arrangements in advance by paying through bank transfer or a secure credit card link. Our hotel reservations team can assist with this upon request. Please note that the credit card provided during online booking is used solely for reservation guarantee purposes.

Cancellation Policies

Regarding cancellation policy, once payment is made, refunds are not available. However, the amount paid can be used for alternative dates or converted into a voucher for future use, offering flexibility and convenience to our guests.
